Michelle did not believe that overcoming sugar addiction and binge eating was possible for her. But…

She was exhausted and fed-up with it. She needed something to change, she needed to get away from both the sugar addiction and binge eating.

She wanted to overcome these struggles and she knew that reaching out to someone who helps people in doing this and had overcome it themselves was her best option. She put her trust into my programme, me and herself.

To hear more about Michelle’s life changing experience watch her testimonial below.

With each blog post, I like to give even extra value. I invite you to watch the "Start Overcoming Emotional Eating Today: Master Class" I have created.

In this FREE master class you will learn the first step to overcoming emotional eating and exactly HOW to do this.

Overcoming Sugar Addiction and Binge Eating – Michelle’s Story

Michelle Had Two Main Things Keeping Her Stuck

Michelle had been using food to cope with certain experiences in her life and she did not know how to break these patterns.

Overcoming sugar addiction and binge eating was something that Michelle really wanted to do.

There were two main things keeping her stuck:

1. She wasn’t eating enough food – so we increased her intake throughout the day and pushed through some of her fears around this.

2. She was stuck in these habits of binge/ emotionally eating at night and reaching for foods that were quick sugar fixes – we got to the bottom of why she was doing this and put tools in place to help her break these patterns. She was able to relearn the way she thought about food and herself.

Food is Now no Longer a Point of Pain for Michelle

Michelle now describes her relationship with food as comfortable and easy rather than stressful and a cause of feelings such as guilt.
She is no longer dependent on sugar and has been able to stop binge/ emotionally eating. The way she speaks about food (and herself) has changed dramatically for the better.

These are the sort of transformations that all of my clients that have put the work in have experienced.
And the steps that have allowed my clients, like Michelle, to overcome binge/ emotional eating.

I share this with you, so you can see, first-hand, just how possible this is. It is possible for you too and I am so excited for you to discover this.

In Closing:

Overcoming binge eating and a sugar addiction is no easy feat, it really isn’t, however, if you are ready and willing to put in the work it is VERY doable. I hope hearing Michelle’s story has helped you in your own beliefs around what you are capable of.
